Viridian’s premium quality Organic Ashwagandha is grown in India and is a high-potency, full-spectrum extract of Ashwagandha root ( Withania somnifera ). This adaptogenic herb has been used extensively in Ayurvedic practice for centuries due its wide-ranging benefits. Also known as ‘Indian ginseng’ or ‘Winter cherry’, Ashwagandha is thought to support relaxation and contribute to optimal mental and cognitive activity.
