UK Shipping: from £2.99 Free when you spend over £50.00
Beanfreaks  will ship your goods either via Royal Mail  or Parcel Force for just £6.99 per order. We aim to despatch within 48 hours but ask that in busy periods you allow up to 14 working days for delivery. All orders are packaged with the care to ensure safe delivery.

Local Cardiff delivery thursdays only £5.00

International Shipping - Including Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands
Beanfreaks ships to European Countries, and selected Non European Countries, the cost of shipping to these countries is indicated when you checkout.

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Beanfreaks have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

How do I Return a Product?

Returning Supplements
We are proud of the quality of our goods and as such, if you find that your goods arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, return the unopened goods to the following address and we will process a full refund for the returned part;

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return items. We recommend using a Recorded Delivery Service for returns as we can not be responsible for items which never make it back to our store.

Returning Food Items (Confectionery, Fruit, Nuts and Seeds)
If you find any of our food products in a state not for human consumption, please call Customer Services on (+44) 029 2025 1671 to state your problem.

We retain the right to request a return of the faulty goods with the consignment number on the outside of the box, by recorded delivery to the below address, and the product will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods.

Lost or Damaged Parcel For any lost goods please contact our Customer Service department on 02920 2025 1671  (Open 8:45am - 5:15pm) or email us.

Please Note: Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of despatch, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

If you find your goods to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned (within 30 days after the delivery date) to the following address. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.
