Ingredients

Each tablet provides Alpha Lipoic Acid 250mg. Ingredients Calcium Carbonate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.
Contraindications

Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding. Those suffering from diabetes should consult a doctor prior to taking alpha lipoic acid as it may enhance insulin levels.
Directions

Take up to two tablets daily with or without food or as directed by a practitioner.
