Pukka Herbs Bio Nutrients Fibre Plus 120g
Fibre Plus helps to support and maintain a healthy and regular digestive system. It contains natural sources of soluble and insoluble fibre including Psyllium Husk, Linseed and Aloe Vera.
Each daily serving gives you: 12% soluble fibre and 63% insoluble fibre with 10% prebiotic oligosaccharides.
Directions: Mix 1 heaped tablespoon (5.5g) with at least 250ml water, stir well and drink it straight away. Take in the morning or evening before food.
Precautions: People with allergies should use caution when taking Psyllium, as it may cause allergic reactions in people who are prone to Psyllium allergy. Ensure that you remain properly hydrated whilst using this product (adults should consume approximately 1.5 litres of water per day).
Pack lasts: 1 heaped tablespoon per day is 21 days supply (at 5.5g/serving).
