The main functions of the amino acids in this formulation are as follows:Glycine increases growth hormone levels, boosts the production of creatine in the body and stimulates muscle contraction by enhancing the firing of nerves - which results in an increase of strength.

Take one serving (8 Caplets) approximately 45 minutes before a high intensity training session or sporting event.

Do not use on rest day. This container provides a one month supply for persons training 4 times per week.
Do not exceed the daily intake (8 caplets). Users may find an immediate increase in strength from the first serving. As a precaution, we recommend a sensible warm up prior to training with weights.

Due to the increase of training intensity, we also recommend that a recovery product like USN's L-Glutamine or Pure Protein IGF-1 is consumed as soon as possible after workouts. Have at least 8-10 glasses of water and 8 hours of sleep per night, especially on training days.
