Two stone lighter in less than two months Newly-wed Emma Limpus, 29 from Suffolk, piled on the pounds, soon after she married husband Alex in June 2006. Topping the scales in October at 15 ½ stone and a size 20, Emma was determined to back to her target weight of 12 stone. Emma explains: “At 6ft tall I have quite a large frame but I have always struggled to keep at a healthy weight, especially in the last two years. As my weight crept up steadily from 12 stone to 13 ½ stone I stepped up my fitness regime, exercising every other night and keeping to a strict, healthy diet of at least five portions of fruit and veg each day.
