Cramp is acute pain caused by muscles going into spasm. Often associated with prolonged sitting or standing, lying in an awkward position, excercise and pregnancy. It is caused by the intervention of the soul forces too intensively in an organ of function at a metabolic level. These forces then act directly on the physical body causing contractions and pain. Copper ointment helps to restore this balance, applied to feet and legs at bedtime. Massage in an upward direction. SKIN TONE LOTION can also be of benefit in leg cramps.
